Sidney Pereira
Chairman
Sydney Pereira, a B.A (Hons) in Accounting, UK graduate, has more than sixteen years experience in the provision of private education service.
He specializes in the development of management and financial systems for local and foreign based educational organizations. In addition, he also undertakes the implementation of specialized educational projects. Mr Sydney Pereira is also currently providing consultancy services to private institutions and organizations in Asia.

Jean-Francois Jadin
CEO
A Belgium national, Mr Jean-Francois Jadin holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Information Systems from the University of Namur. Jean-Francois started his career with Apple Computers as a trainer. He subsequently became an international trainer, traveling in over 30 countries across all continents, delivering over 150 seminars. He conducted an organizational audit of STC in London and of a large government hospital in Paris, for which he was awarded the ISCEA Foundation Prize.
In 1992, he arrived in Malaysia and joined the Stamford College Group’ School of Computing to later join the pioneer team of the Raffles Education Group and head its School of Computing. In 1995, he became General Manager of Raffles Training Centre, the corporate training and development division of the Group. In 2000, Raffles Training Centre was incorporated in both Malaysia and Singapore under the Imperial Consulting brand, with Jean-Francois serving as its COO and later CEO. Based in Singapore, he shuttles between both offices.
Jean-Francois is a Director of the Malaysia Belgium Luxembourg Business Council and Deputy Chairman of the European Union Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He also chairs the Academic Boards of the World Education Council and the Raffles Education Group.
With Imperial Consulting now representing the American Management Association and Harvard Business School Publishing in Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia, the Philippines and Australia, Jadin sets to himself to tap on AMA world class learning resources to the benefit of the corporate and public sector in this part of the world.

Alfred Chan
Managing Director, Imperial Consulting (Singapore)
Alfred is Managing Director of Imperial Consulting in Singapore. He has been in management consulting for close to 20 years, with Arthur D. Little, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Arthur Andersen and KPMG, in the last two firms as a Partner and a Director respectively. Prior to management consulting, he was in investment banking for five years, with Morgan Guaranty (JP Morgan) and DBS Bank. Before that, he was with the Administrative Service of the Singapore Civil Service.
Alfred’s work in management consulting has focused on strategy, financial, privatization and organizational advisory services. He has led projects in strategic and business planning, market research, project feasibility analysis, design and implementation of performance management systems (balanced scorecard, EVA), financial modeling and analysis, business valuation, cost and pricing analysis, financial restructuring, industry reform and regulation, corporatization and privatization, and organizational restructuring. In investment banking, he was involved in a range of capital market and corporate finance advisory work.
Alfred has an MBA (Finance Major) from Columbia Business School in New York where he graduated top of his graduating class. He also has a BE (Hons) in electrical engineering from the University of Melbourne, earned under a Colombo Plan Scholarship. Alfred has also completed Morgan Guaranty’s nine-month Commercial Bank Management Program in New York as well as attended Accenture’s Strategy College, an advanced strategy training program for partners and senior managers.
Apart from running Imperial Consulting in Singapore, Alfred also conducts training for the company’s clients in his two areas of expertise: strategy and finance. Finance courses he trains in include “Finance for Non-financial Managers”, “Financial Analysis” and “Valuation of Companies”. Strategy courses he conducts include “Strategic Planning – An Issues-based Approach” and “Moving from an Operational Manager to a Strategic Thinker”. Alfred also conducts the Accounting, Finance and Strategy modules of AMA’s 5-Day MBA Workshop.
